By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We offer personalized noble titles and related items.

All products are:

  • individually created
  • customized according to customer specifications
  • produced upon order

4. Contract Conclusion

A contract is concluded when:

  • you place an order, and
  • we accept the order by confirmation or fulfillment

We reserve the right to refuse orders in justified cases.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown on our website.

Payment is due immediately upon purchase.

6. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via DHL.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.

7. No Right of Withdrawal (Important)

As our products are exclusively personalized and individually manufactured, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

This applies worldwide and is based on:

  • EU law (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU)
  • Comparable principles in international commerce

Once production has started or the order has been completed, cancellation or return is not possible.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted if:

  • the product is defective, or
  • there is a production error

9. Liability

We are liable only for:

  • intent and gross negligence
  • damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health

To the extent permitted by law, further liability is excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and product concepts remain the intellectual property of Noble Society Institute SRL.

Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence may also apply.
